You seen the gurus on TV or YouTube pitching you to invest into their “Investing fund” to buy real estate property from single Residential housing to commercial real estate property like apartments complex to retail building to storages. However, what the GURUS raising money don’t tell you is that they get to double and triple dip on the profit because they setup side business that take the Lion share of the profits. For example they have “property management” and “real estate agents” and “CPA’ and so many other “funk fee” that suck up the profits for the small investor that funds the capital.
In other words, the gurus raising money make almost all the money from “funk fee’ which mean they get to double and trip dip into the profits.
DAO are going to change everything for real estate investors when it comes to pulling in money to buy real estate property.
Its like a real estate club with a bank account which common purpose. The community in club and govern the decision making choices for voting rights therefore reducing all the junk fees that will go to the gurus raising capital. Plus more profit will go to DOA community.
