The Logical Thinking Process aims at anwsering these four fundamental questions to address your systemic problem:
– What is expected?
– What to change?
– What to change to?
– How to cause the change?
To do so, the methodology suggests a cycle that includes the building of five logic trees which are interdependant : the Goal Tree, the Current Reality Tree, the Evaporating Cloud, the Future Reality Tree and the Prerequisite Tree.
